BROKEN TOILET TANK...OR SUPER PLANT-SITTER!

If you break the toilet tank lid and can't find a matching replacement, you might want to try making one from wood like the sample we show here.

By cutting holes in the base, you have a super plant holder. Short wicks hanging through the holes and down into the tank water will draw the water up to the plants so you don't even have to water them.

It's important to paint all surfaces of the wood, even the bottom, to make sure that the moisture from the toilet won't harm the wood.
